Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@posturol.com. Please include your order number in your message so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

After this period, your order may already be in processing, and we cannot guarantee cancellation. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may still return the item after delivery according to this Refund & Return Policy.

30-Day Easy Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• In their original condition
• Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories

How to Return an Item

Pack Your Items

Please securely repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and included documents.

Send It Back

Ship your return using the instructions provided in your return authorization email. You may use the recommended shipping carrier or another carrier of your choice.

Exchanges

Order Not Delivered

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number. We will investigate the shipment with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
